OWNERSHIP AND CUSTODIAL HISTORY:

This document was donated by Anne Longacre Frith, of Lexington, Kentucky, whose mother, Ruth Longacre, gave it to her. Mrs. Longacre taught Latin at Georgetown College and took the Exercise Book home with her when she retired. Most likely Claude Williams left it behind when he graduated Georgetown College. He may have resided in Pawling Hall during his student days where Mrs. Longacre had her office before moving to Calhoun Hall, on the southeast corner of Jackson and Mulberry streets, Georgetown, Kentucky.
