The Library has several rooms
available that can be reserved. For a brief
description and to reserve, select one of the rooms
below. You may also visit us in person, or
call us at 863-8402 and we will
be glad to help you.
The following technology classrooms
in the LRC are scheduled through
ITS only by using Outlook:

Policy and Procedures for Requesting a Room in the Ensor
LRC
-
The time and date of your request must be during
regular library hours. This includes the
preparation time for the room. It should also
include the preparation time for Facilities
Management, Dining Services and/or other setup
entities and cleanup. You are responsible for
contacting these departments for set up.

The individual requesting the room, and the
event/group that it is requested for, must be
affiliated with Georgetown College. i.e., campus
activity/group and any professional group with which
Georgetown College is affiliated. All other
requests must be approved by the Library Staff
before a room can be reserved.

A request for a room is only a request, not a
guarantee that you will have it. We will call or
e-mail you to confirm or deny your reservation.

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served
basis.

Regularly scheduled classes and various College
Executive committees have priority on scheduling.

If furniture is moved, it is the responsibility
of the individual who requests the room to make sure
that the room is returned to its original
configuration.

No food or drinks are allowed in any of these
rooms, except for LRC 122, which is the Arnett
Conference Room.

staff, please let us know.
