  1. The time and date of your request must be during regular library hours.  This includes the preparation time for the room.  It should also include the preparation time for Facilities Management, Dining Services and/or other setup entities and cleanup.  You are responsible for contacting these departments for set up.

  2. The individual requesting the room, and the event/group that it is requested for, must be affiliated with Georgetown College.  i.e., campus activity/group and any professional group with which Georgetown College is affiliated.  All other requests must be approved by the Library Staff before a room can be reserved.

  3. A request for a room is only a request, not a guarantee that you will have it.  We will call or e-mail you to confirm or deny your reservation.

  4. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

  5. Regularly scheduled classes and various College Executive committees have priority on scheduling.

  6. If furniture is moved, it is the responsibility of the individual who requests the room to make sure that the room is returned to its original configuration.

  7. No food or drinks are allowed in any of these rooms, except for LRC 122, which is the Arnett Conference Room.

  8. If there are any special requests for the library staff, please let us know.
